Hanabeth Luke is not sitting idle!

I may no longer be your political candidate, but I remain dedicated to supporting our communities to build our resilience and capacity to adapt in the face of huge challenges. 

Currently, through my work at Southern Cross University, and in partnership with the local resilience and recovery hubs, I am running the Northern Rivers Flood Recovery Survey, which can be accessed via www.scu.edu.au/floodsurvey.

By taking the time to have your say and share your experiences, together, the voices of our communities have a better chance of being heard and supported by our community hubs and official agencies.

With the twenty-year anniversary of the 2002 Bali Bombing last October, people have been asking me about my book, Shock Waves. In this book, I tell the story of my experience and how it led me to face up with British PM Tony Blair in an attempt to stop the Iraq war before it began.
